Driver Age
The minimum driver’s age is 18 years and the maximum driver’s age is 80 years.
A young driver surcharge of EUR 10 per day up to a maximum charge of EUR 100 per rental will apply for drivers from 18 to 23 years old.
A senior driver surcharge of EUR 10 per day up to a maximum charge of EUR 100 per rental will apply for drivers 70 years and above.
Driver’s License
The driver has to be in possession of a valid driving license for at least 2 years with no major endorsements. Also, a valid ID card or passport would be required at time of pick up.
It is mandatory that client have a valid credit card on the name of the main driver, valid driving license and valid passport or ID.
An International Driver’s License (IDL) must be required if the renter’s national driving license is not in Roman/English alphabet. International driver license must be accompanied by the original domestic license of the driver.
Driving license is not acceptable, if it is expired or it will expire during rental period.

The driver´s license is mandatory. Provisional permission or unread driver's license is not accepted.
Insurance Coverage
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
It is included in your rental amount.
Collision damage waiver reduces the customer’s damage responsibility to the excess/deductible amount.
The excess amount for CDW depends upon the vehicle groups:

The maximum excess amount for mini (2-3 door) and economy (4-5 door) vehicle groups is EUR 990.
The maximum excess amount for compact (4-5 door), compact Wagon and compact SUV groups is EUR 1400.
The maximum excess amount for intermediate SUV groups is EUR 1800.
The maximum excess amount for premium SUV groups is EUR 2500.
The maximum excess amount for premium (4-5 door) vehicle groups is EUR 3000.

Theft Waiver (THW)
It is included in your rental amount.
It reduces the client's financial responsibility for loss or theft to the vehicle to the sum of the deductible.
The excess amount for THW depends upon the vehicle groups:

Third Party Liability (TPL)
It is included in your rental amount.
Insurance coverage for the vehicle rented includes Third Party Liability with a limited cover for bodily injury and property damage.

Please Note: 1. Damage handling fee in the amount of EUR 75 in the event of damage or theft of the vehicle will apply.
2. If the car was driven, due to driver negligence, to the point that damage to the engine occurred, full repair cost will be charged additionally.
3. Any damage to the vehicle which has been done due to driver negligence will be charged to the client to the full amount of repair costs not depending of which level of protection client has chosen.
4. Damages will be charged by the damage catalogue available at counter.
5. Any of mentioned coverage does not include: Damage inside of the car, Lost of key or car documents, Wrong fuel, Parking and Speeding fines, Driver negligence or Burned clutch.
6. Insurance is not provided for areas considered as a risk territory.
Excess Reduction
In the event of an accident, Super Collision Damage Waiver (Super CDW) reduces your excess amount to ZERO.
The price of Super CDW varies according to the vehicle groups which are as follows:
EUR 32.5 per day - For mini (2-3 door) and compact Wagon groups.
EUR 35 per day - For economy (4-5 door) vehicle groups.
EUR 37.5 per day - For compact (4-5 door) vehicle groups.
EUR 40 per day - For compact SUV groups.
EUR 45 per day - For intermediate SUV groups.
EUR 50 per day - For premium Van groups.
EUR 60 per day - For premium (4-5 door) vehicle groups.
If the renter opts for SCDW, a refundable deposit varying from EUR 200 to EUR 500 (depending on the vehicle groups) is held from the credit card at the time of rental until the vehicle is returned.
SCDW does not include: Damage inside of the car, Lost of key or car documents, Wrong fuel, Parking and Speeding fines, Driver negligence or Burned clutch. SCDW is not provided for areas considered as a risk territory.

Super CDW is optional and can be purchased at the rental desk. For more information please check at the rental desk.

Fees
Airport Fee is included in the rental amount.
Other fees:
1. For traffic fines an administration fee of EUR 75 per rental will apply.
2. If the vehicle is returned in an unacceptable state, and the interior of the vehicle is unusually dirty and in need of extra cleaning, a minimum Extra Cleaning charge of EUR 100 per rental will apply. For biological cleaning a fee of EUR 50 per seat will apply.
3. Smoking is not permitted in any of the rented vehicles. In case of breaking this policy the customer will be fined with the penalty in the amount of EUR 250 per rental.

Winter Tyres
During the selected dates (15.11 to 15.04), winter tyres are compulsory.
Winter tyres are available for an additional charge of EUR 2 (incl. VAT) per day.
The cost of winter tyres are not included with the car you've selected.

Snow Chains
Snow chains are available for an additional charge of EUR 1.00 per day (incl. tax).
Breakdown Assistance
Breakdown assistance is available free of charge. If assistance is required due to customers fault, then an additional charge will apply.

If customer wants to purchase roadside assistance in case of tyre puncture etc. then it is available for an additional charge of EUR 5.

Relevant contact details and roadside assistance procedures will be given prior to the commencement of the hire.
Fuel Policy
You have to return the vehicle with same fuel amount as it was supplied to you at the time of pickup. In case of less fuel, missing fuel will be charged at EUR 3 per litre in addition to a refuelling fee of EUR 37.50 on your return. Fuel charges are payable at the rental desk unless otherwise stated. Suppliers fuel policies change from time to time, please confirm at rental counter.
Wrong fuel: A minimum charge of EUR 300 applies for filling the tank with the wrong type of fuel. Towing (if necessary) is charged extra.

Mileage Policy
Unlimited

Cross border Travel

It is not allowed to cross NEUM Corridor Transit.
Cross border travel is allowed. A cross border fee of EUR 75 per rental will apply.

It is allowed to go to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Montenegro.

Cross border travel to any other country is only on request.

Ferry Travel
Ferry Travel is allowed only on request. A ferry travel fee of EUR 25 per rental will apply.

Tax Rate
Tax is included in the rental price. However, for all the optional extras or special equipment, or extra services, Tax would be levied separately.
Payment Methods and Deposit
All major credit cards are accepted and must be on main renters name while paying at the rental desk.
American Express credit cards are not accepted.
Debit cards and cash payments are not accepted.

Deposit:
A refundable deposit varying from EUR 1400 to EUR 4000 (depending on the vehicle groups) is held from the credit card at the time of rental until the vehicle is returned.
Delivery and collection
Delivery and collection service is available within 10 km from the rental office for an additional charge of EUR 40 and more than 10 km an additional charge of EUR 40 + EUR 1.00 per km will apply.
Out of Hours
Out of hours is available for an additional charge of EUR 50 per rental.

Grace Period
for vehicle pick up
59 minutes of grace period is allowed. After that an additional charge will apply according to the price list available at the rental desk. If the customer informed about the delay or a valid flight number is provided, then the vehicle will be provided. Otherwise the booking will be considered as Cancelled/No Show.

For vehicle return:
29 minutes grace period is allowed. After that an additional charge will apply according to the price list available at the rental desk.

Extras

Confirmation of Special Equipment’s depends upon the availability at the rental desk.
